Wow - the flavors! The Mahi mahi salad was on point! Great mix of greens and a perfectly cut (not dry and not fishy) taste of fish! The Mexican soda was a nice touch for a few sips to compliment the meal. Trip of salsa and the huge tin of chips was a tasty way to start the meal. Oh and the avocado toast...the pomegranates added great flavor!
Very great food wonderful atmosphere:)...
Why would u say there is ntables and have to wait 30 minuts and i see right there at least 6 tables empty ? .. never got an answer
Great food.Authentic Latin dishes. Cant wait for them to re-open.
Amazing experience. Everyone here was so sweet and helpful. All the employees were attentive, and super friendly. Thank you Milagros Latin Kitchen for an amazing time, and for the most delicious food I had while visiting.
Nice Mexican food! It was recommend by my coworker and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s a bit expensive. I ordered a lobster guacamole with chips, best I ever had. The main dish salmon fajita was ok. I should probably stick with some other meat. I would come back and try something else next time.
Good food and a some nice cocktails. I had the Camarones a la Diablo which was different than the traditional style. However it was very tasty with good sized 🦐 and nice heat.
Food was great! Staff was nice! Great outdoor atmosphere. The place was bustling on a Thursday night.
First off, hats off to the servers here. They were literally running orders to tables. It was an outstanding experience from that point of view, which is getting harder and harder to find in the bay area. The food was also outstanding as well as the drinks. Had the enchiladas with Mary’s chicken in them and they were so great. Bottomless bowl of chips and three yummy, but a little spicy salsas. Even the chicken fingers for the kids were some of the best around. All this in a great atmosphere. Will be back for sure.
Quality of food is good, cant always say that for service. If you get Takeout check your bag, They have forgotten an item more than once.
The BEST Mexican food I ate in San Jose and really great atmosphere. Just loved their outside area. I recommend the place!
Delicious appetizers. The salsas were awesome and the service was great. The mole enchiladas were not too bad. The guacamole was actually really good, but the warm fresh chips were the best!
Great to have them back after a long break. They've done a really beautiful job making things feel very safe with phone ordering and pretty low contact with servers. Food great as always. My only complaint is I had three margaritas and barely felt a buzz... Don't know if it's policy or just one bartender but man you could use some tequila in those things 😀
I know it's tough but premade mimosas are too sugary and lack champagne. But still great food and other drinks
I came here sorta by accident, came for patty shack across the street but they were closed, so I walked over here and was thoroughly impressed. As soon as I walked in I was meant by bright smiles, while I was just looking at a menu deciding if it sounded good. The Del Mar enchilada was great and tasted fresh. And the side salad I got with it was above parr. And it came out quick! I will be back for sure.
This place was awesome! Good service and my food was excellent! I had the Milagros Sampler as appetizers and had the Enchiladas Del Mar for my dinner (pictured)... coming back here for sure!
Great place for a small bite or if you're starving! The carnitas plate is my favorite. Loads of options for vegans or vegetarians fooditarians food lovers you name it they've got it great place great drinks too!
YES PLEASE! Try the jalapeno margarita and the tortilla soup. Food is amazing & atmosphere is great for a fun evening with the first or a first date. They really should bring back the grilled artichoke, but even without it the menu is fantastic. Love going here for a pitcher on a hot summer night. Even since I have moved away I still make it out whenever I come to town. Everyone I have brought here loves it - the picky eaters and food snobs alike. Also, last time I checked you can get gift cards at the local Costco & who doesn't like a deal?
This place is worth the wait to get a seat. The salmon enchiladas are divine and for gluten free people, they clearly mark their menu and have tons of options. Despite how busy this place is, service is fast and attentive. Their drink list is good. This is worth finding parking and waiting for a seat.
Overall pretty good experience. Food was pretty good, service was fine, and the drinks were...well, drinks! Our server was very ambitious and took a few things before we were finished with them. Otherwise I would probably have said 4 stars. The food itself was good but not great. And the drinks were standard margaritas and what not.
I usually get two carnitas tacos (always great!), but this time had the Chicken Mole Enchiladas, while my sweetie had the ArtichokeHeart Enchiladas. Both were great! She loved hers, I loved mine (and finished off hers). With 2 Modello Especiales, we were satiated, and the bill was <$50. Service was terrific.
Place was pretty fresh. Good food and drinks. I would recommend for sure. Nice outdoor seating is a plus also
The food was great as always. They have a new system that works well for less contact service. Great experience
Best on the peninsula. Take uber and enjoy mucho matagatias.
Milagros is a safe choice for a place to go out with friends or with family. The staff are good, the food is consistent and some of the dishes are great. If you want a drink, they have good margaritas, good coffees and a good selection of beers.
Cousin took me here for the first time since I'm from Nashville. If I really like the restaurant, I'll leave a good review. Kudos to the chefs for some bomb Enchiladas Suizas which were recommended by my cousin who also ordered them. They are made with hearty corn tortillas, stuffed with shredded and very well flavored chicken, then topped with a special sauce. Served with a side of rice and whole black beans. Currently on my flight back home to Nashville and I'm already hungry thinking about this great dish. I can't remember my server's name, but she was sort of short and had a tattoo on her back shoulder. She was pretty awesome and gave great service. Kept the smile and Sangria and Margaritas coming. This is coming from a restaurant owner. She did great!!!!
The steak quesadillas really good Milagros quesadilla
Authentic, good food. Great happy hour. Great outdoor seating with heaters.
Love it. The best Mexican food. For those vegans like me they yummy dishes.
Great food, one downsize if you have a small group of people you can only sit at the bar or the high tables. Witch is first come first severe. It is December and the still went you to sit outside half of the propane heaters were not working. All in all good place for drinks and food
Due to the Covid 19 its only outside Sitting, but its beautiful and perfect for the weather anyways. You place the order using your phone and the it literally only takes about less than 10 mins to get it. As well as your drinks. It was super easy and barely any contact with the servers. They did an amazing job under these circumstances
I have to be honest I dont know great Mexican food. Portions were very far as were the prices. Sit outside. Also order the chips with 3 different salsas. Awesome!
Been here a few times. I have enjoyed the food here. It’s buzzing during a Thursday or Friday lunch or happy hour.
Sat down with friends who had already ordered drinks, waited ten minutes or so and finally went to the bar and asked for a waitress, was directed to someone else who informed me that high tops were first-come first-served. (duh.) I said if been seated for ten minutes waiting, was told I could sit anywhere I wanted... Yes, I've been seated and waiting... Etc. I've eaten here several times due to group meetings and my only impression has been it's decent, but monotonous, food at a high price.
This place is like Chipotle, but with margaritas.
I love the atmosphere and authenticity here. The staff is young and vibrant, our waiter Javier is very personable and helpful in knowing the menu. Happy Hour is a good time to go for an inexpensive fare. Parking an be tricky as this place gets very crowded at lunch times and after 3pm.
Cousins took me here when I visited and I absolutely lived the authenticity of the restaurant. We tried the sampler and it was definitely on the bigger side so come hungry. There were a lot of fried dishes on the plate. The Mahi mahi tacos were amazing. We ordered sangria which went well with the sampler platter.
Spacious dining area, decently presented dishes. Fairly busy for a Sunday evening. Was seated at the bar, which was pretty cool..watched the barkeep make margarita after margarita. Wetting the glass mouth with a grapefruit half and dipping on salt. The living wage fee on the receipt was interesting. Wasn't sure how to handle tip, especially since payment was by gift card. We peaced out quickly
Awesome food and a great location. Very good kids menu too. Excellent prices, especially for the area!
Milagros is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in the area. They have amazing tacos - shrimp and al pastor are my favorite but their scottish salmon and cauliflower is also worth trying. However we tried their sampler and it was not to my liking - everything on it was deep fried and a little too heavy. It does seem like a good choice for big groups like they recommend.
Milagros shrimp tacos are the greatest tacos I have ever had. All of their food is good, but the shrimp tacos are a must.
My Wife & I like to eat here about once a month. The food is outstanding!Last night we decided to have our “date-night” there. We sat at the bar, and started off with their chicken taquitos (my favorite). We split the steak&shrimp fajitas. (Amazing!)The bartender (Jesse) was Extremely attentive, friendly, and personable. Even though it was really busy, Jesse made sure we had everything we needed. The Manager (Sean) stopped by to introduce himself to us, and made us feel very welcomed. We had a great experience, and wanted to thank Jesse, Sean, and the rest of the staff, for making it a great “Date-Night” for my Wife & I.Cheers!!
Yummy-Liciousningnesssss fajitas
Fantastic meal... everyone ordered different meals and all of us enjoyed them immensely. House margaritas are fabulous. Guacamole was great, service was terrific. No wonder its always busy here!
The tacos here are fantastic! Make sure to get the coconut shrimp
Would absolutely recommend eating here. Awesome vibes, fresh food, fantastic service. 5 stars.
Great place for lunch and drinks. Lots of space but fills up quickly.
It was decent.. won’t leave saying wow if you know true authentic Latin flavours.. but good enough for a quick taco craving!
A great find, in the heart of a reinvigorated Redwood City downtown. The food is simple, with a bit of flair, and very tasty. The space is colorful and cozy, though a bit loud. On a nice day, sit outside and watch the world go by.
Outdoor dining experience is super efficient with well spaced out tables and minimal contact. Orders and payments are handled on your phone. Food is still really good in these crazy times.
